The Carlisle Bison softball team scored 6 runs and held the host McCrory Jaguars to 1 in the Bison league win on Monday.

The Bison now possess a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Arkansas Christian for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 18. Carlisle will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 14-0 non-league loss to Perryville (Perryville, AR). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-6.

With the loss, McCrory moves to 3-4 on the season. The Jaguars host Trumann (Trumann, AR) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 18. The Wildcats come into the battle with a record of 0-5. Trumann lost 12-4 in their recent non-league battle against Hoxie (Hoxie, AR)
