The Lincoln Wolves softball team scored 10 runs and held the host Elkins Elks to 1 in the Wolves league win on Monday.

The Wolves now possess a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pea Ridge for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 20. Lincoln will confront a Blackhawks team coming off a 8-6 non-league win over Farmington (Farmington, AR). The Blackhawks record now stands at 4-0.

With the loss, Elkins moves to 5-6 on the season. The Elks travel to Green Forest (Green Forest, AR) to confront the Tigers in a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 18. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 0-6. Green Forest lost 14-2 in their recent non-league battle against Cotter (Cotter, AR)
