Next, the Scorpions play the Wyatt Chaparrals (Fort Worth, TX) in a 5A Region I District 6 challenge, on Monday, March 17. South Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 9-14 season record. The Chaparrals enter the challenge with a 4-8 record after their 9-5 league win over Polytechnic (Fort Worth, TX).

The Chaparrals (4-9) will now prepare for their challenge against South Hills (Fort Worth, TX). The Scorpions enter the 5A Region I District 6 challenge with a 8-14 record. In their last challenge, South Hills overcame Arlington Heights (Fort Worth, TX), 13-7, in a league challenge.
