In Tuesday's league challenge, the Lanier County Bulldogs (Lakeland, GA) baseball team trounced the visiting Atkinson County Rebels (Pearson, GA), by a count of 7-1.

The Bulldogs now own a 11-3 record. They take the field next when they host Turner County for a A D2 Region 2 challenge on Friday, March 20. Lanier County will clash with a Titans team coming off a 13-1 league loss to Irwin County (Ocilla, GA). The Titans record now stands at 0-11.

With the defeat, Atkinson County drops to 7-7 on the season. The Rebels host Charlton County (Folkston, GA) to confront the Indians in a A D2 Region 2 contest on Friday, March 20. The Indians come into the contest with a record of 11-3. Charlton County won 12-0 in their recent league contest against Turner County (Ashburn, GA)
