In Friday's non-league game, the host Artesia Bulldogs baseball team scored a nice 14-2 victory over the Moriarty Pintos.
The Bulldogs (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Clovis (Clovis, NM). The Wildcats go into the non-league game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Clovis overcame Belen (Belen, NM), 4-0, in a non-league game.
The Pintos (1-8) will now prepare for their game against Belen (Belen, NM). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 5-6 record. In their last game, Belen was overwhelmed by Clovis (Clovis, NM), 4-0, in a non-league game.
