The Pickens Dragons baseball team (Jasper, GA), was overwhelmed 15-0 in Friday's league outing with the visiting Northwest Whitfield Bruins (Tunnel Hill, GA)

The Bruins now hold a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cedartown for a AAAA Region 7 outing on Tuesday, March 22. Northwest Whitfield will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Central (Carrollton, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-5.

With the defeat, Pickens falls to 9-5 on the season. The Dragons host Heritage (Ringgold, GA) to battle the Generals in a AAAA Region 7 test on Tuesday, March 22. The Generals come into the test with a record of 9-5. Heritage lost 5-4 in their recent non-league test against Gordon Lee (Chickamauga, GA)
