The Quartz Hill Royals held off the visiting Antelope Valley Antelopes volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Friday's league test.
The Royals now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Antelope Valley for a test on Wednesday, April 20.
The Antelopes (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Knight (Palmdale, CA). The Hawks enter the match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Knight tipped Lancaster (Lancaster, CA), 2-0, in a league match.
