In Friday's league contest, the Byrnes Rebels (Duncan, SC) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Wade Hampton Generals (Greenville, SC), by a count of 17-11.
Coming up next, the Rebels confront the Spartanburg Vikings (Spartanburg, SC) in a 5A Upper District 2 contest, on Tuesday, March 22. Byrnes will attempt to advance on its 7-0 season record. The Vikings come into the contest with a 2-5 record after their 10-9 league loss to Dorman (Roebuck, SC).
The Generals now own a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Spartanburg for a 5A Upper District 2 contest on Tuesday, March 29.
