Bleckley County Royals (Cochran, GA) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Northeast Raiders (Macon, GA), 1-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Royals confront the Washington County Golden Hawks (Sandersville, GA) in a AA Region 3 challenge, on Tuesday, March 22. Bleckley County will attempt to better on its 13-4 season record. The Golden Hawks enter the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 7-1 league loss to Bleckley County (Cochran, GA).

The Raiders now have a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Lamar County for a AA Region 3 challenge on Tuesday, March 29.
