In Friday's league game, the host Southwest Onslow Stallions baseball team scored a tight 10-3 victory over the North Lenoir Hawks.
The Stallions (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC). The Bulldogs go into the game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Wallace-Rose Hill was overwhelmed by South Lenoir (Deep Run, NC), 13-4, in a league game.
The Hawks (2-2) will now prepare for their game against J.H. Rose (Greenville, NC). The Rampants go into the non-league game with a 5-0 record. In their last game, J.H. Rose tipped West Carteret (Morehead City, NC), 13-5, in a non-league game.
