North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Cuthbertson drops to Marvin Ridge

In Friday's league battle, the Marvin Ridge Mavericks (Waxhaw, NC) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Cuthbertson Cavaliers (Waxhaw, NC), by a count of 11-3.

Coming up next, the Mavericks clash with the Porter Ridge Pirates (Indian Trail, NC) in a Southern Carolina/Rocky River battle, on Monday, March 21. Marvin Ridge will attempt to advance on its 5-2 season record. The Pirates come into the battle with a 3-2 record after their 20-2 league loss to Weddington (Matthews, NC).

The Cavaliers now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Sun Valley for a Southern Carolina/Rocky River battle on Tuesday, March 22. Cuthbertson will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 7-2 league win over Parkwood (Monroe, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 4-2.
