Bangs Dragons (Bangs, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Millsap Bulldogs (Millsap, TX), 12-1 in a league challenge.

The Dragons now own a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Brock for a 3A Region I District 8 challenge on Tuesday, March 22. Bangs will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 7-6 league loss to Early (Early, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 11-5.

With the loss, Millsap falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Comanche (Comanche, TX) to battle the Indians in a 3A Region I District 8 challenge on Tuesday, March 22. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 10-6. Comanche won 14-4 in their recent league challenge against Dublin (Dublin, TX)
