North Carolina High School Softball - Bessemer City falls to Highland Tech

In Friday's league outing, the host Highland Tech Rams softball team scored a nice 10-0 win over the Bessemer City Yellow Jackets.

Coming up next, the Rams battle the East Gaston Warriors (Mt. Holly, NC) in a Southern Piedmont 1A/2A outing, on Tuesday, March 29. Highland Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record.

The Yellow Jackets (1-4) will now prepare for their outing against Burns (Lawndale, NC). The Bulldogs enter the Southern Piedmont 1A/2A outing with a 6-0 record. In their last outing, Burns ran past Freedom (Morganton, NC), 13-1, in a non-league outing.
