South Carolina High School Softball - Conway loses to St. James

The St. James Sharks softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Conway Tigers to 6 in the Sharks league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, St. James improves its record to 2-1 on the year. The Sharks travel to Sumter (Sumter, SC) to clash with the Fighting Gamecocks in a AAAAA Region 6 game on Monday, March 21. The Fighting Gamecocks come into the game with a record of 4-7. Sumter won 6-4 in their recent league game against Socastee (Myrtle Beach, SC)
In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Carolina Forest Panthers (Myrtle Beach, SC) in a AAAAA Region 6 game, on Monday, March 21. Conway will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 3-8 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Johnsonville (Johnsonville, SC).
