The Rockingham County Cougars softball team scored 24 runs and limited the host High Point Central Bison to 0 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Rockingham County improves its record to 4-2 on the year. The Cougars travel to Walkertown (Walkertown, NC) to clash with the Wolfpack in a non-league game on Monday, March 21. The Wolfpack come into the game with a record of 6-1. Walkertown lost 11-1 in their recent league game against West Stokes (King, NC)

In their next game, the Bison clash with the Southwest Guilford Cowboys (High Point, NC) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 24. High Point Central will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Cowboys come into the battle with a 6-4 record after their 18-3 league win over Grimsley (Greensboro, NC).
