West Virginia High School Softball - Spring Mills loses to Musselman

The Musselman Applemen softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Spring Mills Cardinals to 1 in the Applemen league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Musselman improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Applemen host Oak Glen (New Cumberland, WV) to clash with the Golden Bears in a non-league game on Saturday, March 19. The Golden Bears come into the game with a record of 3-0. Oak Glen won 5-2 in their recent non-league game against Washington (Charles Town, WV)
In their next game, the Cardinals clash with the Clarke County Eagles (Berryville, VA) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 21. Spring Mills will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 2-0 record after their 6-5 non-league win over Sherando (Stephens City, VA).
