California High School Baseball - Saint Francis loses to Bellarmine College Prep

The Saint Francis Lancers baseball team (Mountain View, CA), was overwhelmed 5-1 in Saturday's league outing with the host Bellarmine College Prep Bells (San Jose, CA)

The Bells now hold a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory for a West Catholic outing on Tuesday, March 21. Bellarmine College Prep will confront a Fightin' Irish team coming off a 4-1 league loss to Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA). The Fightin' Irish record now stands at 2-5.

Next, the Lancers confront the Archbishop Mitty Monarchs (San Jose, CA) in a West Catholic outing, on Tuesday, March 21. Saint Francis will attempt to advance on its 6-3 season record. The Monarchs go into the outing with a 8-1 record after their 5-2 league win over Serra (San Mateo, CA).
