The Gonzaga Eagles (Washington, DC) baseball trounced the visiting St. Mary's Ryken Knights (Leonardtown, MD), 12-2 in Saturday's league contest.
Coming up next, the Eagles play the DeMatha Stags (Hyattsville, MD) in a Washington Catholic contest, on Monday, March 20. Gonzaga will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Stags enter the contest with a 4-1 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Maret (Washington, DC).
The Knights now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Our Lady of Good Counsel for a Washington Catholic contest on Tuesday, March 21. St. Mary's Ryken will play a Falcons squad coming off a 10-0 league win over The Heights (Potomac, MD). The Falcons record now stands at 5-1.
