In Saturday's league challenge, the Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV) baseball squad the visiting Incline Highlanders (Incline Village, NV), by a margin of 12-8.

With the win, Pershing County betters its record to 3-4 on the season. The Mustangs host Silver Stage (Silver Springs, NV) to encounter the Nighthawks in a 2A Northern challenge on Tuesday, March 21. The Nighthawks come into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Silver Stage lost 16-1 in their recent league challenge against Battle Mountain (Battle Mountain, NV)

With the defeat, Incline falls to 0-2 on the season. The Highlanders host Battle Mountain (Battle Mountain, NV) to encounter the Longhorns in a 2A Northern challenge on Thursday, March 23. The Longhorns come into the challenge with a record of 3-4. Battle Mountain won 16-1 in their recent league challenge against Silver Stage (Silver Springs, NV)
