Village Christian Crusaders (Sun Valley, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Providence Pioneers (Burbank, CA), 2-1 in a non-league match.

With the loss, Providence drops to 6-8 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Rio Hondo Prep (Arcadia, CA) to clash with the Kares in a match on Friday, March 24. The Kares come into the match with a record of 2-0. Rio Hondo Prep won 2-0 in their recent league match against Providence (Burbank, CA)
