South Hills Huskies (West Covina, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Bishop Amat Lancers (La Puente, CA), 5-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Huskies now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Los Altos for a challenge on Wednesday, March 22.
With the loss, Bishop Amat falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to South Hills (West Covina, CA) to battle the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 25. The Huskies enter the challenge with a record of 4-0.
