North Carolina High School Baseball - Bessemer City tipped by Highland Tech

The Bessemer City Yellow Jackets baseball team (Bessemer City, NC), 8-6 in Monday's league outing with the visiting Highland Tech Rams (Gastonia, NC)

The Rams now hold a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Piedmont Community Charter for a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 19. Highland Tech will confront a Patriots team coming off a 18-0 league win over Carolina International (Concord, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 5-3.

Next, the Yellow Jackets confront the Burns Bulldogs (Lawndale, NC) in a Southern Piedmont 1A/2A outing, on Tuesday, March 19. Bessemer City will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 7-0 record after their 7-3 non-league win over Patton (Morganton, NC).
