The South Plaquemines Hurricanes crushed the visiting Booker T. Washington Lions baseball team by a count of 19-0 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Hurricanes now possess a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Walker for a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 19. South Plaquemines will face a Wildcats team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Ascension Christian (Gonzales, LA). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-6.
Next, the Lions face the Kennedy Cougars (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 20. Booker T. Washington will attempt to move on its 4-7 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 3-7 record after their 17-4 non-league win over Ecole Classique (Metairie, LA).
