Illinois High School Volleyball - Metro-East Lutheran First Baptist Academy

The First Baptist Academy prevailed the host Metro-East Lutheran Knights volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league test.

The now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bunker Hill for a non-league test on Thursday, March 21. First Baptist Academy will confront a Minutemen team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Maryville Christian (Maryville, IL). The Minutemen record now stands at 0-1.

The Knights (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Father McGivney Catholic (Glen Carbon, IL). The Griffins enter the Gateway Metro test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Father McGivney Catholic dropped by Althoff Catholic (Belleville, IL), 2-0, in a league test.
