The Smiths Station Panthers softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Beulah Bobcats to 5 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Smiths Station improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Panthers host Valley (Valley, AL) to clash with the Rams in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 10. The Rams come into the game with a record of 1-3.

In their next game, the Bobcats clash with the Handley Tigers (Roanoke, AL) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 19. Beulah will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Tigers come into the game with a 1-0 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Beulah (Valley, AL).
