Bothell Cougars (Bothell, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Skyline Spartans (Sammamish, WA), 6-0 in a league challenge.

The Cougars now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Eastlake for a 4A KingCo challenge on Wednesday, March 20. Bothell will face a Wolves squad coming off a 10-5 league win over Inglemoor (Kenmore, WA). The Wolves record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Skyline falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Woodinville (Woodinville, WA) to face the Falcons in a 4A KingCo challenge on Wednesday, March 20. The Falcons enter the challenge with a record of 0-3. Woodinville lost 7-4 in their recent league challenge against North Creek (Bothell, WA)
