The Patterson Clippers (Baltimore, MD) baseball got by the visiting Carver Vo-Tech Bears (Baltimore, MD), 11-10 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Clippers now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Dunbar for a Baltimore City Division I challenge on Friday, March 21. Patterson will clash with a Poets team coming off a 20-0 non-league loss to St. Frances Academy (Baltimore, MD). The Poets record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Carver Vo-Tech drops to 0-1 on the year. The Bears travel to Carver A&T (Towson, MD) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 19. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Carver A&T lost 7-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Perry Hall Christian (Perry Hall, MD)
