The Eunice Bobcats baseball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting LaGrange Gators to 3 in the Bobcats league win on Tuesday.

The Bobcats now hold a 13-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Erath for a non-league test on Friday, March 21. Eunice will play a Bobcats team coming off a 20-0 league win over Abbeville (Abbeville, LA). The Bobcats record now stands at 11-9.

With the defeat, LaGrange drops to 3-14 on the year. The Gators travel to Opelousas (Opelousas, LA) to play the Tigers in a non-league test on Saturday, March 22. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 1-9. Opelousas lost 15-0 in their recent non-league test against St. Martinville (St. Martinville, LA)
