The Georgetown Day Mighty Hoppers baseball squad (Washington, DC), 9-7 in Tuesday's league contest with the host Sidwell Friends Quakers (Washington, DC)
With the triumph, Sidwell Friends moves its record to 6-0 on the season. The Quakers travel to Landon (Bethesda, MD) to confront the Bears in a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 19. The Bears come into the contest with a record of 4-2. Landon won 13-1 in their recent non-league contest against Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD)
The Mighty Hoppers now possess a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Potomac School for a Mid-Atlantic-MAC contest on Tuesday, April 1.
