The South Beauregard Knights baseball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Iowa Yellowjackets to 3 in the Knights non-league win on Tuesday.
The Knights now hold a 11-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kinder for a non-league test on Saturday, March 22.
With the defeat, Iowa drops to 9-8 on the year. The Yellowjackets travel to Westlake (Westlake, LA) to play the Rams in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 19. The Rams go into the test with a record of 15-4. Westlake lost 7-5 in their recent non-league test against Terrebonne (Houma, LA)
