In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Rappahannock Raiders (Warsaw, VA) baseball squad edged the visiting King William Cavaliers (King William, VA), by a tally of 1-0.
Next up, the Raiders encounter the Buffalo Gap Bison (Swoope, VA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 22. Rappahannock will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Bison enter the bout with a 1-2 record after their 12-11 non-league loss to Nelson County (Lovingston, VA).
The Cavaliers (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Nottoway (Nottoway, VA). The Cougars enter the non-league bout with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Nottoway was nudged by Colonial Heights (Colonial Heights, VA), 12-1, in a non-league bout.
