North Carolina High School Baseball - Wakefield holds off Rolesville

March 18, 2025: Rolesville, NC 27571

In Tuesday's league game, the visiting Wakefield Wolverines baseball team scored a close 6-2 win over the Rolesville Rams.

The Wolverines (7-2) will now prepare for their game against Panther Creek (Cary, NC). The Catamounts go into the non-league game with a 1-7 record. In their last game, Panther Creek was overwhelmed by Green Level (Cary, NC), 8-3, in a league game.

Next, the Rams play the Wakefield Wolverines (Raleigh, NC) in a Northern Athletic 4A game, on Friday, March 21. Rolesville will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Wolverines go into the game with a 8-2 record after their 15-4 non-league win over Panther Creek (Cary, NC).
