In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Bishop Amat Lancers volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Cathedral Phantoms.
The Lancers (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Bishop Montgomery (Torrance, CA). The Knights come into the Del Rey challenge with a 7-8 record. In their last challenge, Bishop Montgomery lost by El Segundo (El Segundo, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Phantoms play the La Salle Lancers (Pasadena, CA) in a Del Rey challenge, on Friday, March 21. Cathedral will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Lancers come into the challenge with a 14-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Paraclete (Lancaster, CA).
