Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Canyon Cowboys (Canyon Country, CA) and the visiting Valencia Vikings (Valencia, CA), observed Canyon's volleyball team hold off Valencia by a count of 3-2.

The Cowboys (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Castaic (Castaic, CA). The Coyotes enter the Foothill contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, Castaic got by Hart (Newhall, CA), 3-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Vikings meet the Golden Valley Grizzlies (Santa Clarita, CA) in a Foothill contest, on Thursday, March 20. Valencia will attempt to move on its 13-5 season record. The Grizzlies enter the contest with a 9-8 record after their 3-1 league loss to Saugus (Saugus, CA).
