In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Miramonte Matadors volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Mt. Diablo Red Devils.

The Matadors (2-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Berean Christian (Walnut Creek, CA). The Eagles enter the Diablo - Valley challenge with a 5-4 record. In their last challenge, Berean Christian was beaten by St. Joseph Notre Dame (Alameda, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Red Devils meet the Concord Bears (Concord, CA) in a Diablo - Valley challenge, on Tuesday, March 25. Mt. Diablo will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Bears enter the challenge with a 3-10 record after their 3-1 league win over Alhambra (Martinez, CA).
