California High School Baseball - Point Loma defeats St. Augustine

The Point Loma Pointers baseball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting St. Augustine Saints to 0 in the Pointers league win on Tuesday.

The Pointers now hold a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Bonita Vista for a test on Thursday, March 20. Point Loma will play a Barons team coming off a 8-0 league loss to Otay Ranch (Chula Vista, CA). The Barons record now stands at 1-4.

With the defeat, St. Augustine drops to 1-3 on the year. The Saints travel to University City (San Diego, CA) to play the Centurions in a test on Thursday, March 20. The Centurions go into the test with a record of 2-1.
