In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Beaufort Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 victory over the Colleton County Cougars.

The Eagles (8-0) will now prepare for their outing against Bishop England (Charleston, SC). The Battling Bishops go into the AAAA Region 6 outing with a 5-3 record. In their last outing, Bishop England got by May River (Bluffton, SC), 5-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Cougars play the Bluffton Bobcats (Bluffton, SC) in a AAAA Region 6 outing, on Friday, March 21. Colleton County will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Bobcats go into the outing with a 1-4 record after their 2-1 league loss to Hilton Head Island (Hilton Head Island, SC).
