In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Hoggard Vikings soccer squad scored a nice 9-0 victory over the South Brunswick Cougars.

The Vikings (7-0) will now prepare for their outing against North Brunswick (Leland, NC). The Scorpions go into the Mideastern 3A/4A outing with a 3-4 record. In their last outing, North Brunswick prevailed over New Hanover (Wilmington, NC), 3-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Cougars play the Laney Buccaneers (Wilmington, NC) in a Mideastern 3A/4A outing, on Thursday, March 20. South Brunswick will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Buccaneers go into the outing with a 4-2 record after their 7-0 league win over West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC).
