In Tuesday's non-league test, the St. Mary's Ryken Knights (Leonardtown, MD) softball squad overwhelmed the host Bishop Ireton Cardinals (Alexandria, VA), by a tally of 14-4.
Next, the Knights clash with the Archbishop Spalding Cavaliers (Severn, MD) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 21. St. Mary's Ryken will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Cavaliers go into the test with a 2-0 record after their 10-7 non-league win over Chesapeake (Pasadena, MD).
The Cardinals (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD). The Falcons go into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
