In Tuesday's league contest, the Buford Yellow Jackets (Lancaster, SC) soccer team edged the visiting Cheraw Braves (Cheraw, SC), by a tally of 3-2.
Next, the Yellow Jackets face the Andrew Jackson Volunteers (Kershaw, SC) in a AA Region 4 contest, on Thursday, March 20. Buford will attempt to advance on its 5-3 season record. The Volunteers enter the contest with a 5-2 record after their 2-1 league win over Cheraw (Cheraw, SC).
The Braves (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against North Central (Kershaw, SC). The Knights enter the AA Region 4 contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, North Central was nipped by York Prep (Rock Hill, SC), 2-1, in a league contest.
