In Tuesday's league outing, the host Hokes Bluff Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 9-3 win over the Etowah Blue Devils.
The Eagles (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against Cherokee County (Centre, AL). The Warriors enter the 4A Area 6 outing with a 1-5 record. In their last outing, Cherokee County was overwhelmed by Glencoe (Glencoe, AL), 6-5, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Blue Devils confront the Hokes Bluff Eagles (Hokes Bluff, AL) in a 4A Area 6 outing, on Monday, April 7. Etowah will attempt to improve on its 2-10 season record.
