The Jefferson County Warriors smashed the visiting Greene County Tigers soccer team by a tally of 6-1 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next, the Warriors clash with the Central Chargers (Macon, GA) in a 1A D-I Area 2 game, on Thursday, March 20. Jefferson County will attempt to advance on its 4-6 season record. The Chargers come into the game with a 2-7 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Westside (Macon, GA).
The Tigers (2-8) will now prepare for their game against Lincoln County (Lincolnton, GA). The Red Devils come into the 1A D-II Area 5 game with a 6-2 record. In their last game, Lincoln County edged Banks County (Homer, GA), 1-0, in a non-league game.
