Texas High School Softball - Saginaw defeated by Aledo

The Saginaw Rough Riders softball squad (Saginaw, TX), was routed 19-0 in Tuesday's league contest with the host Aledo Bearcats (Aledo, TX)

With the triumph, Aledo improves its record to 15-3 on the year. The Bearcats travel to Granbury (Granbury, TX) to face the Pirates in a 5A Region I District 5 contest on Friday, March 21. The Pirates enter the contest with a record of 4-9. Granbury lost 18-8 in their recent league contest against Brewer (Fort Worth, TX)

The Rough Riders now hold a 3-14 record. They play next when they host Chisholm Trail for a 5A Region I District 5 contest on Thursday, March 20. Saginaw will face a Rangers squad coming off a 15-5 league loss to Fossil Ridge (Keller, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 8-8.
