The Bracken County Polar Bears triumphed over the host Robertson County Black Devils softball squad by a count of 17-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Polar Bears play the Lewis County Lions (Vanceburg, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 20. Bracken County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-0 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 13-8 non-league loss to George Rogers Clark (Winchester, KY).

The Black Devils (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Harrison County (Cynthiana, KY). The Thorobreds enter the District 38 challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Harrison County overcame Bourbon County (Paris, KY), 11-0, in a non-league challenge.
