Tennessee High School Softball - Lipscomb Academy bounces Christ Presbyterian Academy

In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Lipscomb Academy Mustangs softball team scored a nice 16-1 victory over the Christ Presbyterian Academy Lions.

The Mustangs (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Brentwood Academy (Brentwood, TN). The Eagles go into the D II-AA Middle match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Brentwood Academy gained a win over Fairview (Fairview, TN), 8-2, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Overton Bobcats (Nashville, TN) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, March 19. Christ Presbyterian Academy will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Bobcats go into the match with a 0-1 record after their 12-6 non-league loss to Father Ryan (Nashville, TN).
