The Eula Pirates softball team scored 19 runs and held the host Santa Anna Mountaineers to 2 in the Pirates non-league win on Tuesday.

The Pirates now possess a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Trent for a non-league battle on Monday, March 24. Eula will confront a Gorillas team coming off a 13-6 non-league win over Midland Texas Leadership Charter Academy (Midland, TX). The Gorillas record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Santa Anna moves to 0-5 on the season. The Mountaineers travel to Cross Plains (Cross Plains, TX) to confront the Buffaloes in a non-league battle on Monday, March 24. The Buffaloes come into the battle with a record of 5-1. Cross Plains won 19-1 in their recent league battle against Stephenville FAITH (Stephenville, TX)
