The Northside Rams softball squad (Northport, AL), 5-3 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the host Hillcrest Patriots (Tuscaloosa, AL)

With the triumph, Hillcrest improves its record to 8-7 on the year. The Patriots travel to Hueytown (Hueytown, AL) to face the Golden Gophers in a non-league contest on Thursday, March 20. The Golden Gophers enter the contest with a record of 13-9. Hueytown lost 9-5 in their recent non-league contest against Gardendale (Gardendale, AL)
