The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Lone Star Rangers (Frisco, TX) and the visiting Turner Lions (Carrollton, TX), observed Lone Star's softball team get by Turner by a tally of 7-0.

The Rangers (10-6) will now prepare for their bout against Wakeland (Frisco, TX). The Wolverines go into the 5A Region II District 12 bout with a 12-3 record. In their last bout, Wakeland tipped Highland Park (Dallas, TX), 13-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Lions clash with the Reedy Lions (Frisco, TX) in a 5A Region II District 12 bout, on Wednesday, March 19. Turner will attempt to advance on its 7-5 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 8-9 record after their 19-0 league win over Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX).
