California High School Baseball - Highland edges Centennial

In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Highland Scots baseball team scored a close 12-9 win over the Centennial Golden Hawks.

The Scots (6-2) will now prepare for their match against Foothill (Bakersfield, CA). The Trojans come into the non-league match with a 4-3 record. In their last match, Foothill tipped West (Bakersfield, CA), 12-4, in a non-league match.

The Golden Hawks now have a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ridgeview for a non-league match on Friday, March 20. Centennial will battle a Wolf Pack squad coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Tehachapi (Tehachapi, CA). The Wolf Pack record now stands at 6-1.
