The South Spartans topped the host Peninsula Panthers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Spartans now have a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lawndale for a Ocean test on Monday, March 21. South will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Torrance (Torrance, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-5.

The Panthers (13-9) will now prepare for their test against Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA). The Sea Kings enter the Bay test with a 6-9 record.
